So I went on to Google today and asked, "Did I strain my achilles tendon?" And the results were inconclusive. On the right side it is just so tight and sore and it bothers me. The past few days I've stepped up my run to the 4.1 mile route, but I may have to slow down to a walk today. I refuse to be kept indoors in this weather!
I did find some nifty stretches and strength-building exercises for that tendon, so perhaps that will help.
I colored some Easter eggs last night and today my fingers are green.
